DataSETUP at an international workshop on K-12 Mathematics Education

In February, our colleague Sibel Kazak was invited to contribute to the international workshop “International Practices in K-12 Mathematics Education: The Role of Computational Thinking, Data Science, and AI” hosted by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, D.C.
Sibel shared perspectives from Türkiye and our Erasmus+ project DataSETUP on creating space for data science in K-12 mathematics education.
It’s great to see our Erasmus+ project contributing to the international discourse on the future of K-12 Mathematics Education, especially with regard to the implementation of data science and AI into the curriculum.
