Impressions from the first DataSETUP Multiplier Event

Teacher educators from all over the world gathered on October 2 in Münster (Germany) for the first Multiplier Event of the DataSETUP project.

Throughout the day, participants were introduced to the DataSETUP framework EDUCATE (presented by our team member Aisling Leavy) and explored classroom-ready modules that focus on interesting and real multivariate datasets.
Two workshops were held for Teacher Educators in STEAM Education (presented by our team members Sibel Kazak and Maria Meletiou-Mavrotheris), followed by an engaging exchange of ideas on how data science can be integrated into everyday teaching practice and how students can be supported in working with real data.

We thank everyone who participated and look forward to sharing more results and materials as the DataSETUP project continues!
