Publication alert – Designing Data Science Learning in Initial Teacher Education: The EDUCATE Conceptual Framework

After introducing the DataSETUP framework EDUCATE at different conferences and on our project website (https://datasetup.euc.ac.cy/framework/), Aisling Leavy, Sibel Kazak, Susanne Podworny and Daniel Frischemeier of the project consortium have succeeded in publishing an article on the genesis of the DataSETUP framework EDUCATE in the journal Education Sciences.
In the article titled “Designing Data Science Learning in Initial Teacher Education: The EDUCATE Conceptual Framework“, the authors describe the theoretical background of data science education as well as the process of the literature review that led to the framework.

Huge congratulations to the authors, what an important step to start into the last year of DataSETUP!
